Title: Spay Day 2010 Benefit Concert!
On Friday, February 26th, 2010, The Humane Society will hold their first ever Spay Day Benefit Concert! Governor Sanford and Mayor Coble have made it official for South Carolina and the City of Columbia! All proceeds from this event will be used to support low-cost spay/neuter surgeries. Tune in to WXRY-FM on Thursday, February 18th at 4pm to hear an on-air interview with Steve Varholy and our Executive Director. Tune in to WIS on Saturday, February 20th, at 9am for the Talk of the Town segment to hear more details about this event! On Sunday, February 21st, listen to WXRY Unsigned to hear some of the artists featured. You can also come by the Sheraton Hotel's Main Street Restaurant to catch it live!

The Humane Society of the United States is hosting their annual photo contest again this year! The contest provides you with an opportunity to celebrate your pet(s), win great prizes and raise critical funds for spay/neuter. Each year, funds raised from the contest allow thousands more spays and neuters to be performed across the globe!
